We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join our team at HUB International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and producing organic growth based on your local networks, connections, and communities.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work directly with clients, Account Executives, and underwriters to grow a book of business, with an emphasis on client relations, service, and teamwork. You will sell the HUB value proposition, be a face of HUB in our communities, and model the Midwest East culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business organically through various efforts, including cold-calling, networking, association memberships, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate logs of client information and prospecting efforts in relevant HUB systems.
  • Meet established activity and sales goals, as agreed upon by the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Participate in the servicing of accounts, maintaining communications and collaboration with team members as necessary to retain and service our clients.
  • Attend educational opportunities as needed to maintain position knowledge and licensing.
  • Maintain positive relationships with carriers.
