About the Position:

  • Develop detailed, easy-to-follow procedures for various tasks and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other experts to ensure procedures align with current practices and regulations.
  • Analyze complex information and break it down into manageable steps for personnel and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain procedures in accordance with human factor principles.
  • Implement changes to administrative processes based on feedback and new information.
  • Represent the maintenance department during review processes and provide input on procedural improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex tasks and convert them into clear, concise procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary:

$129,000 per year.
