  • Directs and develops the content and format for licensing and permitting submissions and amendments to regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinates with senior management to advise on the development and implementation of licensing strategy, potential areas of concern, and new government/regulatory developments.
  • Negotiates directly with licensing authorities regarding company filings.
  • Directs and manages all licensing and permitting activities, processes, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the nuclear industry, waste disposal, and/or regulatory oversight role.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex regulatory issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in licensing and permitting, operations involving the storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel, and assessing public health and environmental impacts associated with Low-Level Radioactive Waste disposal.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
