About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures and verify correct patient, parameters, protocol, imaging site, and exam.
- Identify, prepare, and/or administer contrast as prescribed by a licensed independent practitioner.
- Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure proper identification is recorded.
- Assume responsibility for patient's needs during procedures.
Requirements:
- High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current BCLS certification.
- On call as needed.
