Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of board-certified Otolaryngologists and advanced practice providers.
  • Maintain a Monday to Friday work schedule.
  • Focus exclusively on outpatient care.
  • No on-call duties, no rounding, and no weekend shifts.
  • Conduct procedures utilizing both flexible and rigid endoscopes.
  • Prescribe necessary medications and treatment plans.
  • Perform thorough physical assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic conditions for both new and returning ENT patients.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to establish rapport with patients and adapt to various clinical settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
