Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales goals, including presenting Pella solutions to customers and closing sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise on Pella products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer concerns and issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Pella products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
