About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Program Manager to join our team at Sales Focus, Inc.. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales teams across the US, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the energy industry. If you are a self-starter with exceptional management skills and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train sales staff through ongoing training and development programs
  • Track and measure sales rep performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct client kick-off meetings and ensure successful program launch by partnering with recruiting, operations, and other departments
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and SFI internal teams
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales management, preferably in the energy industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to manage multiple teams across 42 states
