Position Overview

NORTON CHILDREN'S ENT & AUDIOLOGY, associated with the UofL School of Medicine and part of Norton Children's Medical Group, is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist to enhance its thriving program in Louisville, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be integral to a team focused on addressing the healthcare needs of children through clinical practice, research, education, and advocacy.

Norton Children's ENT & Audiology serves as a regional referral hub and the tertiary care center for patients with complex medical conditions. The facility is equipped with advanced endoscopy and surgical suites, and actively engages with regional and state clinics catering to children with special healthcare requirements.

The University of Louisville School of Medicine collaborates with Norton Children's Medical Group to expand and develop our practice and the pediatric otolaryngology division. Through the Norton Children's Research Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, providers have the chance to mentor residents and engage in clinical research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and enhance relevant multidisciplinary clinics, particularly the Aerodigestive Disorders Clinic.
  • Deliver both inpatient and outpatient clinical services at state-of-the-art facilities, including Norton Children's Hospital and Novak Center for Children's Health.
  • Engage in academic responsibilities, teaching residents and medical students within the UofL School of Medicine's Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and Communicative Disorders.
