We are seeking an experienced Assistant Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Heluna Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and improving our data tools and business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and changes.
- Learn and become proficient in data systems and tools to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and participate in design sessions and system testing.
- Support software implementation and system testing, and collaborate with the training team to ensure understanding of data system changes.
- Work with the data team to streamline data collection processes and establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate business processes and data tools.
- Three or more years of highly complex administrative experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
- Basic knowledge of coding, programming, or scripting languages for data extraction and process automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working on projects with unclear problems, opportunities, and solutions.
This is a general office setting, indoors with a temperature-controlled environment.
