Job Title: Site Supervisor - Afterschool Programs

The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee our Afterschool programs. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Site Leads and Site Assistants
  • Develop and implement Afterschool programs and curriculum
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for participants
  • Communicate with parents and school staff
  • Manage program budgets and resources
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in recreational education or childcare
  • Experience in leadership, administration, and program planning
  • Ability to work with children and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
