Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Senior BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing billable on-site outpatient behavioral treatment to children diagnosed with ASD. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized assessment and treatment plans, as well as overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the development of individual assessment and treatment plans, conceptualizing and contributing to the overall development of each case.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including stimulus preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance assessments.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others, ensuring adherence to BACB guidelines and contractual responsibilities.
  • Provide training for parents, teachers, and/or staff, ensuring protocols/programs are carried out correctly and providing diplomatic and appropriate corrective feedback.
  • Supervise and monitor the activities of Behavior Therapists and Clinical Specialists, including oversight of caregiver training, completion of behavioral assessments, and development and implementation of behavioral programs.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with other professionals from outside agencies, incorporating feedback into assessment and treatment plans and providing timely training to other professionals.
  • Utilize Central Reach Data Management to develop a data collection system for parents, teachers, and/or staff, obtaining follow-up data in a timely manner and maintaining up-to-date graphs.
  • Take responsibility for and contribute to individual projects above and beyond day-to-day activities, including public presentations and altering presentation according to the audience.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
  • BCBA Certification (A MUST).
  • Experience designing and implementing ABA programs across a variety of teaching techniques, chronological ages, and developmental levels.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn more about how family dynamics, cultural diversity, and the grieving process affect ABA treatment.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and lead by example, supervise, and train Behavior Technicians.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation (driving is required with mileage reimbursement included).
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, run around, squat, and lift materials.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
