Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Senior BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing on-site outpatient behavioral treatment to children diagnosed with ASD. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized assessment and treatment plans, conduct assessments, and oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and treatment plans for children with ASD.
  • Conduct assessments to identify the need for behavioral intervention.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by other staff members.
  • Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Clinical Specialists.
  • Collaborate with other professionals from outside agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Utilize Central Reach Data Management to collect and analyze data.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field.
  • BCBA Certification.
  • Experience designing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, run around, squat, and lift materials.

Work Environment
