We are currently in search of a dedicated Sales Consultant for Commercial Structures who possesses exceptional closing abilities and a strong drive to surpass sales targets.

Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be to assist our clients by addressing inquiries and driving sales through phone and web interactions. You will engage in proactive selling of our structure offerings, maximizing every opportunity through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques. Your duties will also encompass making outbound calls to clients concerning bids, quotes, and general inquiries, with no cold calling involved.

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor new team members, participate in industry trade shows, and work on special projects as assigned.

Key Duties
  • Responding to initial inquiries from potential clients interested in our range of structures.
  • Processing orders for structures, ensuring all necessary accessories are included.
  • Demonstrating strong closing skills to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment alongside project managers and engineers.
  • Managing multiple projects efficiently while thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Identifying and addressing various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Language Proficiency:
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety protocols and operational manuals.
  • Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Capable of effectively communicating in group settings.
Reasoning Skills:
  • Adept at solving practical problems and interpreting diverse instructions.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with order processing systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires regular typing, writing, and communication, with occasional standing and walking.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
