Become a vital member of Unity Care NW, a distinguished healthcare provider dedicated to the Whatcom County community since 1982. In the role of a Primary Care Provider, you will deliver extensive healthcare services to a varied patient demographic within a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Our facilities provide a range of services including primary medical care, behavioral health support, and dental services, all centered around the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in 36 hours of patient interaction weekly, delivering primary care services.
- Partner with patients and their families to enhance their healthcare experience.
- Incorporate behavioral health services to ensure a comprehensive care model.
- Facilitate case management to link patients with essential community resources.
- Opportunity to participate in the Communicable Disease Program.
What We Provide:

Qualifications:
