Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Assurance Specialist to join our team at Trigo ADR Americas. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and quality delivery of parts to our aerospace customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and Validate Part Delivery Status: Monitor the flow of critical parts through suppliers' manufacturing shops, from raw material to delivery to customers.
  • Proactive Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to identify and mitigate potential delivery delays, ensuring on-time delivery to our customers.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Recovery Planning: Identify risks and develop recovery plans to bring shipments back on track, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Daily Status Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Create and communicate daily status reports to all stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
  • Manufacturing Process Improvement: Monitor production operations and identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing supplier quality and delivery performance.
  • Presentation and Meeting Leadership: Prepare and lead presentations to stakeholders, driving systemic changes that enhance supplier quality and delivery performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in machine shop or sheet metal.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance, or related field. Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with basic Excel skills required.
  • Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Reliable Transportation and US Citizenship: Must have a valid driver's license and current/active drivers' license, with US citizenship required.
Working Conditions and Benefits
  • Productivity and Mobility: Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner, with minimal direction. Must be able to participate in assigned physical activities, including light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods.
