Job Description

As a key member of our team at Trigo ADR Americas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of aerospace components to our customers. In this position, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and suppliers, working to improve delivery performance by tracking, validating, expediting, and reporting real-time part delivery status.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the flow of critical parts through suppliers' manufacturing shops, from raw material phase to delivery to the customer.
  • Proactively work with suppliers to monitor all parts and support on-time deliveries to our aerospace customers.
  • Identify risks and develop recovery plans to mitigate potential delivery delays.
  • Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
  • Monitor production operations and identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements.
  • Prepare presentations and lead meetings to drive results.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in machine shop or sheet metal.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience working on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with basic Excel skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Environment: Typical office conditions, working with the Quality management team, SMS team, and external customers.
