~ Support real estate transactions by performing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes.

~ Develop and maintain knowledge of mortgage loan documents and electronic recording platforms.

Requirements:
~ 1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
~ Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.
~ Basic knowledge of Excel.
~ Customer satisfaction oriented and driven to meet required deadlines/goals.
~ Ability to work independently but also as a team member.
