Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and load the service vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each assignment.
- Maintain a tidy and organized vehicle, ensuring all equipment is clean and presentable.
- Set up work areas and staging for each project effectively.
- Execute production tasks as instructed.
- Follow safety protocols and risk management guidelines consistently.
- Communicate effectively with the crew chief and fellow technicians to ensure smooth production processes.
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving the job site in a neat and orderly condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Preferred experience in cleaning or restoration services.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred IICRC certifications.
- Capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated or confined spaces.
- Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and chemicals.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
- Must successfully pass a background check as per applicable laws.
