Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in the construction sector, particularly in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in interior construction projects.
  • Specialized knowledge in commercial interior renovations.
  • Experience working in occupied spaces, multi-tenant environments, or public construction settings is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans across various trades.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary based on project demands.

Preferred Certifications:

  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification
  • CPR / First Aid / AED Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring effective closeout.
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the project team, including subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
  • Facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, clients, and architects.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and quality regulations.
  • Organize and conduct job progress and safety meetings.
  • Develop, track, and adhere to project timelines to avoid delays and budget overruns.
  • Monitor and manage orders for equipment and materials.
  • Conduct inspections across all trades.
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site.
  • Source and procure necessary materials and equipment for the project.
