Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting and guiding operational activities focused on continuous improvement throughout the vertical. This position ensures we're creating customer success for both internal and external customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the Operations team, including production team, plant manager, and GM.
- Utilize the Chempax (Datacor) system to manage and monitor inventory levels.
- Produce batch tickets from the Datacor system and receive them into stock when production is finished.
- Manage finished good labels and ensure accurate and timely filing of paper and/or electronic documentation.
- Communicate with Customer Service daily regarding Bills of Materials and other paperwork and/or processes as required.
- Schedule and coordinate all trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Receive and respond to calls and emails in a professional, timely manner.
- Help maintain customer files in an accurate, orderly fashion for easy retrieval.
- Perform various administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Support and lead by example, Barentz' culture, values, and fundamentals.
- Participate in ongoing personal development opportunities.
- At least three (3) years of experience in supply chain, operations coordination, and/or inventory administration.
- One year of production planning, production modeling, production optimization, or similar experience.
- Exceptional communication skills while interacting with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and the management group on a daily basis.
- The ability to work in a team environment, prioritize work assignments, and act independently to resolve potential conflicts.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, including data entry and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated, high energy, independent, flexible, creative, responsible, and engaging level of enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
- Strong calculation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be very detail-oriented and meticulous in how work is performed.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
- Act legally and ethically in all professional relationships in adherence with Barentz' purpose, strategies, and values.
