Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Opportunity at Rome Memorial Hospital

Rome Memorial Hospital, a non-profit acute care facility, is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to join its emergency department team. As a Physician Assistant in this role, you will work alongside a great team of advanced practice clinicians and physicians to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care to patients in the emergency department
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience working in an emergency department setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
