Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement schedules to optimize vehicle workflows, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Charging Station Management: Monitor and maintain charging station capacity, ensuring adequate resources to meet customer demand and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Lot Maintenance: Ensure the lot is safe and usable at all times, with a focus on maintaining drivelines and preventing accidents.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final quality checks, create effective service orders, and provide feedback to service and other teams as needed to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure security, inventory, and asset location compliance, and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure adequate stock of supplies and inventory resources, proactively reaching out to vendors when necessary.
  • Inventory Processing: Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, including completing Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare, inspect, and stage vehicles for remarketing, ensuring they are transported to the auction via carrier.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with other teams onsite and remote, communicating effectively and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, seeking guidance from leads and managers to drive process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or lot management.
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous Experience: Previous EV or detailing experience is a plus.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Driver's License: Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers and software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-moving environment that changes day to day, with flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to support other market launches and operations.
