Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to confirm the accuracy of invoices and payments
  • Input financial data and transactions into accounting systems
  • Evaluate budgets and financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements regularly
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements
  • Ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Develop accounting policies in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting software
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening as per ATF regulations.

Work Schedule
  • Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
