About the Role

Homeliving Network LLC is a rapidly growing gas fireplace and outdoor living installation and servicing company operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. We are looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team in the Chantilly, VA showroom location.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails.
  2. Enter customer data into our system and maintain accurate records.
  3. Prepare proposals and documents as needed.
  4. Process invoices and accounts receivable, as well as handle accounts payable.
  5. Assist with light accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with computers for word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a service industry.
  • Basis accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with computerized design programs like Sketchup is also beneficial.
