Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the Front Desk, Bellmen, Doormen, and Concierge operations to ensure seamless guest service.
- Perform daily operation inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching and training to front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- At least three years of experience in a front office leadership role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
