Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the Front Desk, Bellmen, Doormen, and Concierge operations to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Perform daily operation inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and training to front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a front office leadership role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
