Job Title: Commercial Concrete Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Concrete Carpenter to join our team at B&B Concrete. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels to ensure precise fit and finish.
  • Form footings, column pads, and other structural concrete to meet project requirements.
  • Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware with precision and care.
  • Assist with layout as needed to ensure accurate placement of materials.
  • Strip forms after panels are poured to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain and keep track of tools to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to understand project specifications.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival on site.
  • Able to work weekends if needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry to ensure efficient project completion.
  • OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one to ensure a safe working environment.
