2. Provide guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
3. Recognize cases that require escalation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a call center environment, particularly in intake processes.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Daily Tasks:
- Gather information from callers in a structured manner for 6-8 hours each day.
- Complete the required intake forms and maintain tracking systems.
- Set up cases within the case management software.
- Address basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as necessary.
Performance Expectation:
Each intake session is expected to last around 15 minutes, ensuring efficiency and thoroughness in the process.
