Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist in providing speech and language therapy services to clients across various age groups.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with assessments, implementing therapy plans, and providing direct therapy services to clients individually or in groups.

You will also maintain accurate records of client progress and session notes, collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.

Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent is required.
  • A valid state license or certification as an SLPA is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
  • You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills is essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
