About the Role

MRI Spokane is seeking a seasoned banking professional to fill the position of Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of large commercial relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's success.

This role requires a strong background in commercial credit analysis, business development, or a related field, as well as excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local markets and cash management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-performing commercial relationships
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted business development activities
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions within scope of authority
  • Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests
  • Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or other related field
  • 8 years of experience in commercial credit analysis, business development, or a related field
  • Possess excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of local markets and cash management products
