Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing accounts payable for multiple related entities and vendors, ensuring accurate coding for financial statements.
  • Managing all aspects of vendor relations, including setup facilitation, invoice entry, and vendor communication.
  • Ensuring robust internal controls and providing support to other departments related to payables.
  • Reconciling processed transactions by verifying entries and comparing system reports to account balances.
  • Recording month-end accruals and other journal entries related to accounts payable.
  • Maintaining historical financial records.
  • Preparing account analyses and generating monthly financial reports.
  • Continuously enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the payment process.
  • Supporting improvements to financial processes and procedures.
  • Assisting with audits as necessary.
  • Managing workload efficiently and accurately.
  • Participating in special projects as required.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience with NetSuite ERP System is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
