About the Team

The Operations & Manufacturing department at Tools for Humanity is responsible for all aspects of driving the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Physical Security, Field Operational Compliance, and Technical Support of our world-class hardware devices reaching billions of people globally.

Job Opportunity

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with Tools for Humanity, you will oversee hardware engineering programs, focusing on mitigating risks and developing manufacturing strategies. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, business, finance, design, and legal teams to deliver hardware products on schedule and within budget.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage program logistics from build planning to distribution, including materials requirements and forecasting.
  • Lead complex hardware projects from conception through to production, ensuring they meet strict timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all production stages (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP) by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use your expertise in large-scale manufacturing to identify project risks and ensure smooth launches.
  • Lead the delivery of strategic cross-functional products from concept to shipment.
  • Resolve engineering challenges hands-on and support ongoing supplier relationships.
  • Implement and refine production strategies to meet current and future needs of Worldcoin.
About You

You have 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, agile environments. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
