We are seeking a Part-Time Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers recover from unexpected disasters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans
- Work collaboratively with our team to execute restoration projects
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, increasing to $18 after 90 days
- Opportunity to work a consistent first shift schedule
- Paid time off and benefits package available after 90 days
- Bonuses and flexible time off approval process
- Pre-scheduled on-call rotation with one night a week and one weekend a month
- Pass a background check, drug test, and driving record check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
