IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SysAdmin to join our team at Collins Aerospace Careers. As a SysAdmin, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, networks, and virtualization environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement network architectures and infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, and Python to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to engineers and other stakeholders.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Windows and Linux servers.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware vCenter and vSphere.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $142,000.
