**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gathering and processing project documentation, including setting up and maintaining job files and obtaining technical drawings
  • Collaborating with vendors to track materials and supplies
  • Assisting Foremen and Project Managers with processing and tracking change orders and submittals
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless project execution

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Bluebeam are a plus
