Key Responsibilities
This role entails reviewing functional specifications provided by the product team and stakeholders; crafting comprehensive test plans, authoring test cases, supervising testing strategies, and integrating testing processes into the deployment pipeline.

Specific Duties Include:
- Developing test designs and employing best practices and methodologies to assess current and future solutions.
- Utilizing analytical methods to identify issues and evaluate potential solutions.
- Diagnosing and investigating software issues across various devices.
- Documenting, tracking, and managing bugs meticulously.
- Validating new features and fixes within the software.
- Keeping abreast of emerging testing tools, strategies, and technologies.

Collaboration and Communication
This position acts as a bridge between key business units and systems teams, effectively communicating project feasibility, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Evaluating user stories and technical requirements for validity, feasibility, and technical integrity, breaking them down to derive positive and negative test scenarios along with robust acceptance criteria.
- Implementing systematic and repeatable processes to ensure releases adhere to quality standards prior to launch.
- Applying Quality Engineering principles throughout the software development lifecycle to identify defects and design flaws.
- Partnering with the development team to enhance the quality of deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software testing and engineering.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying customer issues.
- Proven capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with automation tools such as Cypress and/or Selenium is a plus.
- ISTQB certification or similar credentials is advantageous.
