About the Role:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This position is available for full-time or part-time candidates.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Minnesota SLP license, with ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a school environment, with a strong understanding of educational settings and protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
