Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to elementary students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational program
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve them in the therapy process

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
