Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory by collecting and processing blood samples from patients.

• Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols.
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing by labeling, sorting, and storing them in a secure and organized manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of blood sample collection and processing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for blood sample collection and handling.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or training preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a phlebotomy or laboratory setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position working 7:00am - 4:30pm with rotational Saturday 7:00a.m-2:00pm.
