Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote client well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.

  • Competitive compensation: $40-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible scheduling, with a requirement to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Requirements
  • Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or holding an associate license with supervision.
  • At least two years' experience in private practice or a clinical setting.
  • A Master's Degree in a human service field.
  • Committed to meeting our caseload minimum policy.
  • Capable of becoming credentialed to receive third-party/private pay insurance.
  • Independent yet collaborative, ideally already paneled with insurance companies.
