Position Overview:

Select Laboratory Partners is in search of a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and possess a Florida General Supervisor license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily laboratory operations and allocate tasks to staff members.
  • Supervise the phlebotomy team, providing training and ongoing education.
  • Conduct daily assessments of quality control data and perform monthly reviews of CLIA documentation.
  • Validate new tests and ensure compliance with laboratory director approvals.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure adherence to CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance program, including monthly audits.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical laboratory experience. A Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a Florida General Supervisor license are required.
