As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in leading, training, and developing associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers can easily find the products they need. You will work closely with the Store Management Team and Operations Team to provide valuable input into operational and merchandising decisions. Department Supervisors possess strong product and operational knowledge, and may oversee various store departments such as Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution.

Key Responsibilities:
