About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance crew members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and plans to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all crew members are following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and company property, ensuring that all assets are in good working order.
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members on new procedures and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and employees, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or installation.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR check.
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
