Job Title: Construction Inspector

Quiddity is a leading civil engineering and consulting firm seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Verify the quality of materials and workmanship, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve construction-related problems.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, documenting all findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on construction-related matters.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in land development or heavy civil construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., civil engineering, construction management) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
