Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Availability to work flexibly between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Manage and direct traffic flow efficiently.
- Clearly communicate valet procedures and directions to guests.
- Address basic inquiries from customers and team members appropriately.
- Monitor for unauthorized parking and take necessary actions.
- Engage with guests in a courteous manner.
- Assist guests with their belongings during loading and unloading.
- Safeguard and manage guest keys.
- Anticipate and communicate peak traffic times and potential issues.
- Coordinate additional support during busy periods.
- Accurately manage and distribute tips among team members.
- Process various valet payments efficiently.
- Reconcile and report daily financial transactions accurately.
- Forecast currency and coin needs and reorder as necessary.
- Safely operate, park, and retrieve vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and facility policies.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Two years of experience in commercial HVAC.
