Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Customer Engineer to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, showcasing, and refining our software solutions to cater to the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement full-stack software solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to architect bespoke solutions that tackle client pain points head-on.
  • Serve as the technical authority during client interactions, effectively bridging the gap between our technology stack and their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and tools for seamless data integration across diverse third-party platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in full-stack development, with a strong command of technologies like TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data integration, encompassing APIs, third-party services, and intricate data ecosystems.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities coupled with a knack for devising innovative, streamlined solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in client-facing roles and a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities, adeptly prioritizing tasks amidst tight deadlines.
