Highly Skilled Accounting Professional Wanted for Dynamic Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, providing top-tier accounting and financial services and contributing to the overall success of our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing and preparing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conducting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and analysis.
- Assisting clients with budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insights and advice based on financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards in all accounting and financial functions.
- Providing guidance and support to junior accountants and other staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new systems and processes as needed.
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing them with timely and accurate financial information and responding to inquiries as needed.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant technology.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
