Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support to achieve manufacturing and product development objectives.
- Characterize the performance of materials, processes, and products.
- Consult with and provide technical evaluations for other departments, including Manufacturing, Development, and Quality Control.
- Develop test programs, formulate test protocols, and choose appropriate test equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on product failures and propose preventive actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field.
- Minimum five years' experience in the Medical/Biotech field.
- Knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Inventory software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
- Master's Degree in a Science-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with national and international testing standards related to mechanical and chemical testing.
