Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to serve as a resource for caregivers, aiming to enhance patient outcomes.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality and safety in patient care.
- Work alongside clinical leaders to pinpoint areas for professional development and create plans to address skill gaps.
- Assist in the analysis of quality and patient safety data to drive improvements in nursing practices.
- Lead the execution of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) initiatives, including updates to clinical guidelines.
- Analyze research findings and develop strategies for integrating them into clinical practice.
- Conduct regular unit rounds to provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff.
Qualifications:
Licensure and Certification:
- Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse license from the appropriate state board required prior to employment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience is required; 5 years is preferred.
