Salary: $86-$106 per hour

Job Description:

SonderMind counselors focus on high-quality clinical outcomes, leveraging data to improve patient care. We prioritize autonomy, allowing you to make informed decisions about treatment approaches while collaborating with like-minded professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP).
