Norco, a family and employee-owned organization, is actively looking for a committed individual to join our team as a Patient Transition Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in facilitating patient discharges from healthcare facilities while fostering robust connections with medical professionals. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with discharge coordinators and serving as a conduit between Norco Medical and patients
  • Supporting referral processes and ensuring seamless continuity of care for patients
  • Staying informed about the range of products and services provided by Norco
  • Managing documentation and administrative responsibilities
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour (Based on Experience)

Requirements:
  • Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in home care
  • Preferred: Background in sales and marketing
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Excellent manual dexterity for managing paperwork
